What: The Bolt & Dagger 1k x 1k Challenge
Where: Road, Track, Trail, Gym, Garage
When: by 2024's end
Why: To set an annual goal/benchmark for strength and endurance.
How:
1. Run, Ruck, Hike a total of 1,000 miles by December 31, 2024.
1a. Family walks highly encouraged/counted.
2. Bench, Deadlift, Squat a total of 1,000lbs in one day in the last quarter (Oct-Dec) of 2024.

How do you sign up? Tag a friend below & send me a message before February. I will send you a questionnaire to fill out.

How do we keep track? I will be asking for monthly mileage for accountability and to share, but will keep you anonymous, if desired. It's all an honor system here. I trust my buds.

Do I win anything? You win our hearts by conditioning yours.

Did you know? In 1973, bison were introduced onto Camp Pendleton as a gift from the San Diego Zoo. From 1973-1979, 14 total bison were presented to the base. The bison herd has grown to about 100 today.
